Sculpted by C Fitness is committed to delivering high-quality sculpted fitness apparel and equipment worldwide. Our shipping policy ensures a smooth and transparent process for all orders. By placing an order on our website (https://www.sculptedbycfitness.com/), you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions:

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

1.1. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase.

1.2. Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

1.3. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

1.4. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any delays via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

2.1. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

2.2. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method:

  1. United States: 5-10 business days

  2. International: 10-20 business days (depending on customs clearance)

2.3. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

2.4. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to customs processing, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. International Shipping & Customs

3.1. We ship worldwide; however, some countries may have import restrictions on certain products. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify import regulations before placing an order.

3.2. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by the customer’s country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

3.3. If customs clearance procedures cause delays, Sculpted by C Fitness is not responsible for extended delivery times.

4. Tracking & Order Status

4.1. Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

4.2. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and international tracking availability.

4.3. If a tracking number indicates "Delivered" but the package is not received, the customer must contact the shipping carrier to investigate. Sculpted by C Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

5. Undeliverable or Lost Packages

5.1. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

5.2. If a package is lost in transit and not marked as "Delivered," we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

 

Return Policy

Sculpted by C Fitness aims to provide high-quality products, but we understand that issues may arise. Our return policy applies only to specific circumstances, as outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or preference. Please check sizing charts and product descriptions before purchasing.

1.2. Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

2.1. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing Customer Support Email with the following:

  1. Order number

  2. Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

  3. A brief description of the issue
     

2.2. Upon review and approval, we will provide instructions for returning the item at our expense.

2.3. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a replacement.

2.4. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  1. Products that have been used or worn

  2. Items without original packaging or tags

  3. Clearance or final sale items

  4. Personalized or custom items

 

Refund Policy


Sculpted by C Fitness offers refunds only in specific situations. Customers must adhere to the following guidelines for refund eligibility:

1.1. Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  1. The order was never delivered (confirmed lost in transit by the carrier).

  2. The item was damaged or defective upon arrival, and a return was approved (see Return Policy).

  3. A refund request is made within the specified timeframe.

 

1.2. Refunds are not granted for:

  1. Customer errors (e.g., wrong size, change of mind)

  2. Shipping delays caused by customs or carriers

  3. Packages marked as "Delivered" but not received

 

2. Refund Process

2.1. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

2.2. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the bank or payment provider.

2.3. Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

3. Partial Refunds & Store Credit

3.1. In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds or store credit instead of a full refund.

3.2. Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

4.1. Customers who initiate a chargeback without contacting us first may be permanently banned from future purchases.
