Praise & Sweat

Courtney, a certified trainer with 4 years of experience, will guide you through the workouts. She is passionate about helping others achieve their best physical condition and will motivate you to reach your full potential. The Praise and Sweat class is suitable for all fitness levels and requires no equipment. Modifications will be provided as necessary. The 30-minute workout will begin at 10:00am, so please arrive a few minutes early to ensure a prompt start. If you are unable to attend, kindly inform me in advance. The workout involves aerobic-style moves set to gospel music, designed for you to enjoy while burning calories in a spiritual atmosphere.
